Your New Favorite Fitness App
No more “I’ll start Monday” energy. You’re done guessing and definitely done doing the most with nothing to show for it.
What you get:
- Weekly workouts that don’t care if you’re in the mood
- Weekly calls to check in before you check out
- Tools that make food, recovery, and routine way less chaotic

It’s structured. It’s sweaty. And yeah, it’s kinda fun once your glutes stop crying.

How We Get It Done

Meet Taylur Avery
I didn’t start in fitness because I loved working out. I started almost a decade ago because I wanted to feel strong, confident, and in control of my body. But the journey hasn’t been perfect. I’ve gained and lost over 40 pounds, battled depression, opened a gym only to lose it during the pandemic, and even as a bodybuilder, I struggled with restrictive eating and bad habits.
My first role in fitness was teaching self-defense classes for women. That lit the fire. Later, dance became my outlet and my joy. But through every setback, I kept coming back to movement as the thing that helped me reset.
That’s why I created Mind Ya Fitness. To help women train smart, eat well, and still live life. No shame, no extremes, no fake perfection. Just real women putting in the work, resetting their bodies and minds, and finally getting results that last.
